Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and cover any shipping charges. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to facilitate the replacement process.

Sent the Wrong Items:

If you receive an incorrectly labeled product or if we send you the wrong item, notify us immediately. We will send the correct item and handle any shipping fees involved. There is no need to return the incorrect item unless requested.

For Exchanges:
Let us know why you want an exchange and what is wrong with the current print and what you'd like to exchange for.

For Refunds:

We have a 30 day policy for refunds. 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will refund your purchase upon returning the artwork – no questions asked! Shipping and a return label is the customer responsibility.

With our money-back guarantee, you can send your product back within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be sent back to the original credit card used when purchasing. 

How to Initiate a Replacement, Exchange or Return/Refund

To start a replacement, exchange or return go to the contact link at the bottom of our site and submit the form. Include your order number and detailed reasons for the replacement, exchange or return, along with any supporting photos if applicable.
